Important Information About Shipping Live Birds
We understand you're considering adopting one of our hand-raised lovebirds! While we strive to ensure safe and healthy arrivals, shipping live animals comes with inherent risks.
Here's what you need to know:

We take responsibility: We only ship healthy, weaned birds and use specially designed, comfortable shipping boxes.

Unforeseen circumstances: Weather delays, carrier handling, and airborne illnesses can occur during transport. These are beyond our control.

Your responsibility: By choosing out-of-state shipping, you acknowledge these risks.
Our Commitment and Your Role:

Pre-shipment: We'll provide a photo or video showing your bird's health before shipping.

Communication: We encourage you to document your bird's arrival and share it with us.

Warranty: We offer a replacement bird (not a refund) within 72 hours of arrival if the bird sadly passes away. However, you'll be responsible for the new bird's shipping costs.

USPS Shipping Policy:

We only ship using USPS Priority Mail Express, ensuring delivery within 3 days (Wed-Fri).

Weekend deliveries are not possible for live animals.

Refunds for shipping delays are only available if USPS makes no attempt at delivery within 3 days.
